| Robertson Billiard Supplies has been a pioneer in the Florida billiard scene since 1930. T. E Robertson began travelling all over Florida in his old station wagon delivering pool tables and supplies to bars, lounges, and homes. Later, he would purchase a small storefront on the "edge" of downtown Tampa. As the years flew by family members in the business purchased small pieces nearby as they became available. Eventually the family thrived and the property exceeds 40,000 square feet in what has now become "downtown Tampa".
It would be nothing for him and his son "Charlie", to drive all night to deliver a "Gandy" pool table to someone as far as Key West. At er a little bit of sleep "on the road", they would be back at work the very next day. Later on as Charlie matured he began importing billiard supplies from around the world, thus saving his customers even more. Charlie eventually became a 3 time President of The Billiard Congress of America. He was instrumental in establishing the current BCA Hall of Fame, The BCA Industry Trade Show, Rules and Regulations of Billiards, and much more. He became a true old fashioned "legend". We miss him and his wife Lee Cannon Robertson, dearly. This old fashioned work ethic is what hard line billiard supplies is all about. In 1990, Thomas and Debra Robertson Rodgers joined the business. In 2002 Alana Rodgers Martino joined the family business. With 4 generations of family now involved and over 30,000 square feet of warehouse in Tampa, we have worked diligently to bring billiards into the millennium and to your doorstep.
When T.E. Robertson welcomed his son Charlie to the business he told him, "Remember what you paid...and get just a little more for it" We thank you for your business since 1930.
